How should I report an error on a LFO billing statement sent by the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC)?
If the court finds an error on a statement, please contact AOC Customer Services and select Topic: Accounting, or call (800) 442-2169, Option 2. Please be prepared to provide the case number, name, and description of the error.
If this may be a printing error as opposed to a data error, fax a copy of the form to the AOC Customer Services at (360) 956-5717. The AOC does not have copies of the statements themselves.
