How do I obtain a User ID and password for the JIS/SCOMIS/JCS training databases?
Please use eService Center to submit your request to AOC Customer Services. Select Topics - JIS Case Management, enter your request in the Description field and click Submit.
In the Question Data area, please include the name of your local site coordinator and the general purpose of your use of the training database. You will be sent a training User ID and will be contacted with the current password.
