When is the next Judicial Information System (JIS) training for court employees?



The current schedule offered by the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is located on the Education/JIS Education/JIS Education Course Information page on the Inside Courts Web site. The full list of offerings is on the Course Catalog which include our in-person classes, as well as online webinars and tutorials.


This page includes links to general course information, course schedules, course details, Olympia area lodging information, a map to the training facility, driving directions and a parking lot map. Signing up for classes, webinars and tutorials listed on the Course Catalog is done through an electronic registration process. The username and password created during a user's first registration will be used when signing up for any additional offerings.


  • Classes - in-person classes offered by the Office of Court Business & Technology Intregration division of AOC.  The classes are  hosted at our training lab in Olympia.
  • Webinars - Online on-demand courses offered by the Office of Court Business & Technology Intregration division of AOC. The webinars are available 24/7 to court uses through our online ConnectED program.
  • Training - Online on-demand training materials and content offered by the Office of Court Business & Technology Integration deverision of AOC. These training sessions are available 24/7 through our online ConnectED program.
  • Events - Conferences and events offered by the Office of Trail Court Services and Judicial Education.
