When manually assigning a case to collections, does the case appear on the Collection Agent Report (CGR)?
Cases that have been assigned to collections, regardless of assignment method, appear on the Collection Agent Report (CGR) if the assignment date falls within the date range requested for the report.
Exception:
- If the court selects the All Currently Assigned option on the CGR screen, then all assigned cases display on the report regardless of when they were assigned.
