How do I reissue a voided consolidated check?
When a consolidated check is voided, the consolidated payable is recreated, and the check can be reissued on the Authorize Scheduled Disbursements (ASD) screen. If the payable is unconsolidated using the Payable Update (PUP) screen, individual checks can then be issued from either the Check on Demand (CKD) or Authorize Scheduled Disbursement (ASD) screens. Consolidating payables is a feature available to courts using automated check printing in JIS.
