eService Center - Administrative Office of the Courts

I accidentally generated an automatic event entry on a case by clicking the Setting Letters button on the Finalize Calendar screen.  The events cannot be deleted from the Manage Events screen.  How do I remove these erroneous entries off the case Manage Event screen?

ACORDS generated events are LOCKED against editing.  If a case manager happens to do something IN ERROR that results in ACORDS generated events, the case manager cannot fix the error.  Instead, use eService Center and notify the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) of the problem.  An ACORDS programmer can unlock the events enabling the case manager to make the event deletion.
