Three criteria must be met in order for a judicial officer's name to appear in an ACORDS drop-down box:

  1. The date of the trial court case resolution must be entered in ACORDS when completing the Initiate Case screen;
  2. The judicial officer must have an Official/Organization Update/Inquiry (OFO) record in JIS for the county of the trial court case; and
  3. The judicial officer's OFO record in JIS must be 'active' (not end-dated).
