How do I order supplies when it is not my time to order?

Courts no longer have a scheduled time to order supplies. Courts may submit an order any time during any month as supplies are needed; however, ordering should be limited to 4-6 times per year to help keep delivery costs at a minimum.

The Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) will batch together and place all courts' outstanding orders on approximately the 15th of each month.  When the AOC has placed your order, the status will change from Unplaced to the date that the order was placed.

Please allow three weeks from the order date for delivery.

To place your order, use the Court Supply Program located on the Court Resources/Court Management/Court Supplies page of the Inside Courts Web site.  If you are not already logged onto the Inside Courts site when clicking this link, you will be prompted to log on.  (See Answer: Logging into the Inside Courts Website) After logging in, you may need to manually navigate to the Court Resources/Court Management/Court Supplies page.

For instructions on using the Online Supply Program, please refer to: Answer: Ordering Court Printer Supplies.

If you have further questions, please use eService Center to submit your question to the AOC printer supply unit: Select Topic: Court Printer Supplies, type your question or request in the Question Data area, and click Submit to AOC.
