In ACORDS, what is the difference between the Internal Case Notes and the Manage Events Note fields?

ACORDS is the only application that currently uses Internal Case Notes and Manage Events Note fields.

The Internal Case Notes field is confidential and applies to a case generally. Entries in this field are not available to the public.

The Manage Events Note field is associated with a specific event. Entries in this field are part of the public record.
