How much do the courts charge a defendant for a copy of his/her proceedings on CD?

 

Per RCW 3.62.060(8) the cost is ten dollars ($10.00) per tape or other electronic storage medium.

 

Per RCW 3.62.060(7) if preparing the record for appeal, the cost is forty dollars ($40.00), including any costs for tape duplication, as governed by Chapter 6 of the Rules of Appeal for Courts of Limited Jurisdiction.
