Are Washington's pattern jury instructions available online?

Yes. Washington State's Pattern Jury Instructions (WPI) Committee has made the state's Pattern Jury Instructions available to the public on a free Web site, provided by Thomson West Publishing.

 

The text of all the instructions, Notes on Use, and Comments can be found online on Thomson West's Washington Pattern Jury Instructions Web site or select a set of instructions by type:

 

 

Note:  sers will need to use the Westlaw version to enable the electronic links to outside sources and for the search engine to work properly.
