Does the public have access to the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Knowledge Base from the eService Center?
Yes & No. There are actually TWO access levels for the eService Center answers: one for the public and one for the courts.
- Launched on March 24, 2004, the eService Center for the courts is accessible ONLY from the Inside Courts Web site, which is restricted to court and AOC access only.
- Launched on October 18, 2004, the public has access to the eService Center ONLY from the Washington Courts Web site (http://www.courts.wa.gov.)
Some answers that appear for the courts are also appropriate for the public and have been assigned access security for both sites. Most answers in the Courts' knowledge base, however, do NOT appear on the public site.
If you wish to access court-specific questions/answers, please make sure you are on the Inside Courts Web site (http://inside.courts.wa.gov). From the public site, you will NOT see court-specific questions/answers.
