“I've added a local law on a parking ordinance to the FPSU screen and the PRKVIO table, now I cannot enter a parking ticket using the parking violation code I just added.”
Check to make sure the law number was added to the Fine/Penalty Schedule Update (FPSU) screen and the local PKVIO table in exactly the same way. Upper case on one screen must match upper case on the other; spaces must match, etc. Also, check to make sure the codes added to FPSU and PKVIO have a begin date prior to the violation and filing dates.
