When using BlueZone to connect to the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), I get a 3270 Datastream Error. This is also causing only a partial docket to be displayed.

 

You may correct this problem by configuring BlueZone as described in the four brief steps below.

 

  1. On the BlueZone menu, click Session and choose Configure as shown below:

2.  In the Session Configuration dialog box, click the 3270 Emulation tab.  Make sure there is a check mark at Ignore X Prog Errors as shown below:

3.  Click Apply.

4.  Click OK.
